Dear Members,
There has been some conflict about which date and at which cluster our Spring Specialty will be held. On July 6th, the board decided to hold two Spring shows in order to uphold both a verbal agreement and the later conflicting vote by the general membership. This decision should be ratified by the general membership. A special meeting will be held on Wed. July 28, 2010, at 7:30 pm. (board meeting 7:00 pm.), at the usual IHOP restaurant. We sincerely need your attendance for a quorum to finalize this decision. Lacking that, since time is a factor, the board will proceed as necessary. Please be there.
